The creation of your website (including : Domain name registration, creation of a professional mailbox, configuration of the hosting account, creation of a visual brochure and creation of the website) costs 1400€ inc.

We offer you the following options to complete and improve your site:

  • Translation (250€TTC /language)
  • Services and activities page, to reference all your local recommendations and improve the referencing of your website (360€TTC for 30 places)

No. There are no hidden prices. The website is for purchase. Once paid, it is yours. 

However, we offer an optional annual maintenance contract for a fee of €300 inc.

The subscription to the management software starts from 20€/month. 

The price of the subscription increases according to the number of properties you wish to advertise and the number of booking platforms on which your properties are advertised

The software training costs €350 including VAT. It is, of course, optional but recommended as it allows you to quickly get to grips with your entire management interface.

The creation of the website (without options), the training of the software, the maintenance of the website and the subscription to the software for 3 channels (Airbnb, Booking and your website) would cost 1600€TTC and 45€TTC/month (Subscription + maintenance). 

That is a total of

  • 2140€ TTC for the 1st year
  • 540€ TTC for the other years

THE OPERATION

Secondly, the digital identity that we create for you encourages prospects who find you on booking platforms (Booking, Airbnb etc...) to go through your website to make their reservation. As a result, you no longer have to pay the 17% commission because the customer goes directly to you.
